EVERY GOOD INTENTION is a slow-burn, neo-noir, crime thriller about two brothers trapped by tragedy, bad decisions, and buried resentment.

After Darren Holt, drowning in debt, returns to his hometown to say goodbye to his dying mother, he gets roped into a heist by his reckless childhood friend. What was supposed to be an easy payday sets off a violent chain reaction after they unwittingly steal a fortune – and dangerous secrets – from a brutal crime boss. As the city closes in and old wounds resurface, Darren and his estranged brother Reed are forced into a deadly spiral where survival means sacrifice  – and redemption may come too late.

Set against a cold, unforgiving Cleveland, the story explores loyalty, guilt, and the heavy cost of every “good intention” Darren must make. Ultimately, having to choose between his own survival or protecting the only people who might still believe in him.
